Your captain.  Steve Utter has been sailing for over 20 years. He is the owner of
Neblina.  
Sailing Charters. You can go out for a 2 hour charter, 4 hour sailboat charter or sail to
Catalina Island or Los Angeles on a customized charter that can last as many days as you want.

A 2 hour charter in San Diego bay will allow you to see air craft carriers, The Star of India,
submarines, the down town skyline and much more.  We sail past the Embarcadero where the
cruise ships dock and there are several maritime museums.  Its a beautiful sail on normally
very flat waters with a gentle breeze.  On a 4 hour charter we will see all of the above and also
sail under the Coronado Bridge, sail past  Sea Port Village and battleship row.  If you want to
learn to sail you can help out or get instruction from a qualified captain. All sails include food
and beverages.
