The boat. Our boat, "Neblina" which means "Mist", is located in San Diego Bay. Currently
in Marina Cortez located on Harbor Island right in the heart of down Town San Diego and San
Diego Bay. The boat is a 2004 model 40 ft Catalina Sail Boat. It is in like new condition.
Equipped with 2 cabins that can each sleep 2 people. It has a full Galley with oven, stove,
refrigerator, freezer microwave, double stainless steel sinks. The Salon has seating for 6
people with a table, flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo, and more. The cockpit where you will
enjoy the breeze and exhilaration of sailing can seat up to 8 people.

Neblina is a Catalina 400 mkII 40 ft long sloop built in 2004.
She is in like new condition. The cock pit is roomy; enough seating for
8 people but the maximum is 6 guests plus the crew. There is room to
walk around on the deck and bow of the boat. There are twin helms
which makes it easy for instruction and seeing around those big sails.
Down below there are 2 cabins, 2 heads(bathrooms), a full galley
including , microwave, oven, stove, fridge, freezer, double stainless
steel sinks and plenty of storage. Dishes for serving 6 people, etc.

In the salon is white ultra leather cushioned seating. This boat can
actually sleep 7 people but we never take more than 4 guests for sleep
overs for the comfort of all.(6 guests plus crew for day sails). There is
plenty of seating below deck for 7 people if the weather becomes
inclement. The salon has a flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo, and
table that makes into a bed.
